A simple philosophy of life is whenever you share something you need with someone who needs it more than you but very few people are there in our world who truly believes in it because everybody is busy fulfilling their own need and nobody has the time to think of others. But there is one man who think of other poor creatures rather than his own need. The creature is known to us as stray dogs with shabby look and untidy body mostly found on the pavements and drinking the water from drain and peacefully waving tails whenever some of the people offer them some food. Nobody really cares about them as they are the most neglected part of our society and we hardly think about them but this man who is no one but a rag picker noticed them and felt their pain when they are hungry and going without food for many days, he is the person who truly knows the real pain of hunger and may be this is the reason why he could really feel the pain they are going through.
Being a petty rag picker he hardly gets a sufficient amount of food to fill his stomach in spite of that he shares his portion with those so called stray dogs which gives him a glimpse of satisfaction that he could also capable of fulfilling someone’s need who needs more than him.

His life and background
A man who didn’t have a home and lives under the blue sky on the streets of Bhubaneswar in Odisa an old man who is sixty years of age thinks the pavement as his luxurious mattress with a brick his lovely soft pillow living his life by collecting all sorts of rags like crushed plastic bottles and other thrown out things found in the railway station he is engaged in such a job where his income is zero but still he makes it a point to feed those stray dogs everyday who are homeless just like him. A man who sustains his life by collecting all kinds of rags thrown out by the railway passengers and not every day he gets to eat and have go to sleep without a single bits of food in his stomach but still he feed those stray dogs by whatever he gets and perhaps it is true that the man who is always experiencing hunger can be so much empathetic towards the hunger faced by another living creature. By doing this he never earns anything or he is not showing anyone that he is doing some kind of charity towards those dogs and so it is just unbelievable that how can a person be so selfless like him? He is the one who spent sleepless nights crying for hunger and not getting a simple bit of food and so it gives him a lot of pain to see someone suffering from hunger just like him no matter whether it is a human being or just a stray dog, according to him the pain of hunger is same for a human being as well as a stray dog they also have a life and a soul of flesh and blood.
He quit his job thirty years ago and now he is totally an income less person and his family comprising of his son and daughter never visits him as some personal issues forced him to leave his family and now he survives by the leftover food from train despite this unbearable condition he feeds the dogs and one of whom he named Mithu.
The Man of God

Kamala Lochan Baliarsingh a man who is 60 years of age is a homeless wanderer who somehow managed a shelter at night near the Bhubaneswar railway station in Odisha. He lost his job many years ago and since then he became a jobless and homeless man who survives by collecting rags and other wastage materials thrown in the garbage and also cleans the platform but for free but still this great soul feeds the stray dogs before feeding himself with whatever food he gets after the whole days work. He considers those 6-7 stray dogs as his family and they are his topmost priority and so sometimes he satisfies their hunger by keeping himself hungry, and I am sure that this kind of sacrifice is not possible by any kind of human being and so I believe he possessed God inside him. The sinless smile in the face of this man make s us believe that he is a true representative of the all mighty. He receives not a single penny for collecting the rags only the director rewards him with two pockets of biscuits everyday which he refused primarily but accepted afterwards for the sake of his companions that is those stray dogs.
Recently Raj Sampad a short film director who came to see off his friend at the Bhubaneswar and saw a lady was feeding chicken to a stray dog this sight filled his heart and so he thought of making a short film keeping this subject on his mind and then when he again visit the station in search of that lady but he couldn’t find her at the time of his returning he confronted Kamala who was limping by carrying a few discarded plastic bottles and then suddenly some dogs circled him and he started feeding them just at that moment Raj started taking his photographs and directed a documentary about this great man where it is shown that Kamala is going through the empty coaches of the train and collecting all kinds of rags thrown out by the passengers and then he is feeding about 6-7 stray dogs and it is his regular duty which he does with utmost pleasure. By seeing the documentary we can hardly stop our tears as our heart fills with respect and love for this amazing personality, due to this documentary Kamala received a lot of recognition and he also got 10,000 bucks by which he went for a treatment of his limping leg and now he is fine
